My body ached today. It had been so long since I exercised that my body was not use to it. I pushed through and did what I needed to do. Also, This is a photo of me at my Current weight. I took the pic in my bra and swim trunks so you could really see the weight. Normally I carry my weight quite well, hiding it under shirts and jeans.

My Path to Weight loss: Day One
Today was day one of my 30 Day attempt to loose weight.
Current Weight: 212lb. Not going to lie about it. I am fat, and it sucks.
Current BMI: 36.13
Amount of Time Spent Exercising Today: 1 hour 32 min ( 32 min playing Wii fit, 1 hour walk with Corey)
Calories Burned Exercising Today: 445
I will be posting everyday, not just to keep anyone that gives a flip informed, but also to keep myself motivated.
