My body ached today. It had been so long since I exercised that my body was not use to it. I pushed through and did what I needed to do. Also, This is a photo of me at my Current weight. I took the pic in my bra and swim trunks so you could really see the weight. Normally I carry my weight quite well, hiding it under shirts and jeans.

Between the first of the year and now I have lost 11 pounds. that's good and I feel a lot better now than I did then. True I still have to lose 86 pounds to reach my goal. I have faith that I can do it. I just have to exercise more. Get out and walk and what not.
