My Path to Weight loss: Day Two

Current Weight: 213lb
Change since last weighed: 1.8lb. The human body weight fluctuates about 1-2 pounds per day due to chemical changes going on inside the body.
Current BMI: 36.43
Time spent Exercising Today: 1hour 39min ( 1Hour walk with Corey, 39Min playing Wii Fit)
Calories Burned Exercising Today: 485

My body ached today. It had been so long since I exercised that my body was not use to it. I pushed through and did what I needed to do. Also, This is a photo of me at my Current weight. I took the pic in my bra and swim trunks so you could really see the weight. Normally I carry my weight quite well, hiding it under shirts and jeans.

progress

Between the first of the year and now I have lost 11 pounds. that's good and I feel a lot better now than I did then. True I still have to lose 86 pounds to reach my goal. I have faith that I can do it. I just have to exercise more. Get out and walk and what not.
